Your data, in plain English
The Curation Co. is a one-person business run by Dheekshitha. This page tells you exactly what happens to your information when you fill out the gifting questionnaire or write to us through the contact page.
What we collect
When you fill out the gifting form, we collect your email address, the delivery details, and everything you tell us about the person you're gifting for - their name, interests, preferences, and anything else you share so we can curate a hamper that actually fits them. When you use the contact form, we collect just your name, email, and message.
Where it goes
We don't have a database. Your submission is sent straight to Dheekshitha's inbox by email (via Resend, our email provider), and you get a copy too if you filled out the gifting form. That's it - no marketing lists, and no third party gets your information beyond what's needed to send that email. We don't run analytics today; the analytics switch in our cookie banner is just ready for the day we do.
Why we need it
Only to curate your hamper and to talk to you about your order. Nothing you share is used for anything else.
Cookies
This site sets one small cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you're partway through the gifting form, your answers are kept in your browser's local storage (not in a cookie) on your own device and cleared after 7 days. You can change your cookie choice any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time - just email us and we'll sort it out.
